1 What is the minimum order quantity?

For in-stock items ready to ship, the minimum order is 50 pieces. For custom-manufactured products not in stock, the minimum order is 100 pieces.

2 How long does production take?

Production time depends on the order quantity, product type, and logo screen printing method. Typically, the minimum production time is 25-30 days.

3 How many colors can be screen printed on the logo?

Logo screen printing supports both black & white and 4-color printing, with a minimum of 1 color.

4 What are the delivery service hours?

Standard delivery hours follow company business hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 18:00.

5 How can I change the delivery address or phone number?

You can contact us at 02-4160259, mobile 061 964 4544 or 082 959 4125 to request changes to your order information.

6 I just received an email saying my order is in shipping status. When will I receive it?

Once your order is in shipping status, you should receive it within approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your area.

7 What should I do when I receive my products?

Please inspect the products, and our staff will ask you to sign for receipt. You will receive a document or receipt for the goods.
